Complexity to Coherence Public Workshop
This workshop focused on helping teams turn strategy into coordinated, everyday delivery by strengthening alignment at three levels: strategic, operational, and psychological. Rather than leaning on theory alone, the session combined practical tools with real project application - using both an existing project and an upcoming cross-functional initiative to surface where misalignment typically sits and how to address it early. Across the two days, leaders worked with tools such as dependency mapping, contract scripts, decision-making lenses, and alignment scorecards to make invisible friction visible, improve coordination between teams, and build the habits of a learning organisation - where teams continuously adapt how they think, align, and perform together.
Stress & Resilience Wellness Week Workshop for IPP
This workshop focused on helping professionals understand and manage stress more effectively by reframing pressure as a driver of performance rather than a barrier. Through a mix of practical tools and applied insight, participants explored the difference between constructive and corrosive stress, identified their personal triggers, and learned how personality and expectations shape their stress responses. The session equipped individuals with strategies to recognise early warning signs, build resilience, and take greater control of their energy and focus - enabling both personal wellbeing and stronger, more sustainable team performance.
COMMUNITY TRUST RFP LIVE TRAINING
A renewable energy services firm was invited to respond to a high-stakes Request for Proposals to administer two community trusts linked to solar IPP projects in the Northern Cape - a complex, multi-disciplinary mandate spanning governance, financial management, community development and REIPPPP compliance. Their team was capable, but had never run a bid of this scope. We stepped in to train and embed the skills they needed: how to read an RFP strategically, how to structure a competitive proposal, and how to manage a bid process under real deadline pressure - including a company closure period running through the middle of production. We designed and ran the end-to-end bid project management framework - from kick-off through two QC rounds to final submission - coaching each team member on their section, facilitating clarification questions strategy with the issuing authority, and quality-controlling the live document before it went out the door. They were awarded the contract: a three-year trust administration mandate starting March 2026. The team didn't just win. They finished the process knowing exactly how to do it again, independently.

Communication & Collaboration Team building SESSION - PROJECT DEVELOPER
This team building session focused on strengthening team cohesion, communication, and collaboration by building greater self-awareness and understanding of how individuals think, behave, and engage - especially under pressure. Through a blend of practical exercises and applied frameworks, participants explored how misalignment often stems not from intent, but from differences in communication styles, assumptions, and decision-making approaches. Using tools, techniques, and real-world role-play scenarios, the session helped teams develop a shared language for working together more effectively -improving trust, reducing friction, and enabling more constructive negotiation, clearer communication, and better collective outcomes.
Marketing Training & Mentorship
This engagement focused on building a structured, scalable approach to LinkedIn marketing by combining content strategy, project management, and execution. Rather than treating marketing as ad-hoc activity, the programme introduced clear systems, rhythms, and responsibilities to align multiple business units, streamline content creation, and improve consistency, quality, and impact. Across the engagement, teams developed practical tools such as content calendars, post frameworks, review processes, and reporting mechanisms - enabling them to generate meaningful, insight-driven content while reducing inefficiencies, improving collaboration, and maximising engagement across their digital presence.

BID PROPOSAL HANDS-ON TRAINING
This engagement focused on building internal capability to deliver high-quality, competitive bid proposals within a complex climate project environment. Through hands-on mentoring, guidance, and project oversight, a junior team was supported end-to-end — from understanding how to structure a compelling bid, to managing timelines, coordinating inputs, and engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Rather than working in isolation, the team learned by doing - applying practical frameworks, strengthening their approach to content, clarity, and positioning, and developing confidence in navigating the full bidding process. The result was a well-executed, high-value proposal that not only met the brief but secured the win - leaving the team with the skills and structure to replicate that success going forward.
